Lodging
A room block has been secured at the Embassy Suites.
Network provider’s guest room and tax will be paid directly to the hotel by Education Northwest. Other participants must pay for their own room and tax and will need to check with their project manager for reimbursement, if appropriate. If you have lodging requests outside of the above dates, please contact Mark Workman.
Mark Workman at Education Northwest will confirm your guest room reservation. Please do not call the Embassy Suites to make your own reservation.
Transportation
- Embassy Suites Washington Square Portland-Tigard is offering free parking for all attendees.
- PDX Airport shuttles, taxi and Uber/Lyft is approximately $50 each way.
- Public transportation is also available via: MAX Red Line from PDX to Beaverton Transit Center ($2.50 fare). The Embassy Suites complimentary shuttle will pick you up at that location. MUST call ahead to schedule pickup.
- TriMet bus lines 45, 56, 62, 76, 78 and 92.
Reimbursement
Check with your project managers to determine if you can be reimbursed for travel and/or time to attend.
