Oregon's Continuous Improvement Collaborative

Oregon's Continuous Improvement Collaborative provides differentiated recognition, accountability, and support for the rapid improvement of Oregon’s lowest performing schools. The focus is on five key areas of effectiveness identified in the ESEA flexibility waiver:

In the Continuous Improvement Collaborative, leadership coaches, regional network coordinators, school appraisal teams, school support teams, and education partners work together to provide schools with the information they need to improve.

These schools are receiving unprecedented support, coaching, and guidance as they work to turn things around for their students. We know that with the right tools and resources in place amazing transformations are possible. Our job is to ensure our schools have the tools and supports they need to turn challenges into success. My goal is to see 80% of these schools come off the list at first opportunity.
