About The Continuous Improvement Collaborative
The Continuous Improvement Collaborative is a network of school support coaches, district support coaches, and regional network coordinators from five regional educational school district (ESD) zones who bring evidence-based practices to schools and districts to support their efforts to improve student performance and close persistent achievement gaps.
Through careful matching between outstanding educators and schools and ongoing professional development, this network serves as a human support system to:
- help principals, leadership teams, and teachers create a sense of accountability for students and student groups who are not making adequate progress
- model high expectations for all students and instill a sense of teacher and leader efficacy in underperforming schools
- work in partnership with Oregon Department of Education’s improvement initiatives and district and school leaders
The Continuous Improvement Collaborative is a professional learning community of educators who share knowledge, expertise, and creative solutions to the challenge of improving student performance in Oregon's schools.
